ATTENTION ONLINE AND SELF-PROCESSING CREDIT UNIONS USING AN ONLINE BANKING DIRECT LOGIN WIDGET

The deadline to change the URL of your online banking direct login widget has been extended to FRIDAY, AUGUST 14, 2015.

As previously announced, we have made some behind-the-scenes enhancements to It’s Me 247 online banking. Due to this, the URLs for direct login widgets have changed.  We have reviewed the outcome of the original change request, and as there are still credit unions who are using the old URLs, we have extended the deadline to give you a bit more time to make this required change.

To Update Your Widget URL

New URL: https://www.itsme247.com/CUID/authentication/usernamewidget(fl|rb|rw|sqb|sqw)

Note: “CUID” equals the numeric online banking ID of the credit union, and (fl|rb|rw|sqb|sqw)] equals the type of widget you’d like to use.

eg.
for the original widget, use https://www.itsme247.com/CUID/authentication/usernamewidget
for the flex widget, use https://www.itsme247.com/CUID/authentication/usernamewidgetfl
for the rw widget, use https://www.itsme247.com/CUID/authentication/usernamewidgetrw

Instructions to add the new widget link.

 Please update your URL no later than August 14^th, 2015.

As the original new URL implementation date has passed, we are currently redirecting your site clicks from the old URL to the new URL. However, on August 14^th, we will disable those redirect links, and any member trying to access It’s Me 247 via an old URL will receive an error message.
