On Tuesday morning, November 18, from 3-8 AM ET, we will be performing monthly internal network maintenance. During this time, there may be brief network interruptions. In addition, the following servers/applications will be offline for a period of 10-15 minutes each while we apply current security patches and test redundant configurations:
- CU*Talk audio response and our phone system
- It’s Me 247 online banking (including mobile web) NOTE: No splash page will be possible since the entire connectivity will be offline; however, the interruption is typically less than 10 minutes for this system.
- CU*CheckViewer check images
- eDOC applications
- Hosted web/mail sites and cuanswers.com
- AnswerBook
- CU*Spy
- RAS/VPN/remote access
