maintenanceOn Tuesday, September 23, 2014, from 3-8 AM ET, we will be performing monthly internal network maintenance. During this time, there may be brief network interruptions. In addition, the following servers/applications will be offline for a period of 10-15 minutes each while we apply current security patches and test redundant configurations:

  • CU*Talk audio response and our phone system
  • It’s Me 247 online banking (including mobile web) NOTE: No splash page will be possible since the entire connectivity will be offline; however, the interruption is typically less than 10 minutes for this system.
  • CU*CheckViewer check images
  • eDOC applications
  • Hosted web/mail sites and cuanswers.com
  • AnswerBook
  • CU*Spy
  • RAS/VPN/remote access

Google Encourages Browser Upgrades

Google_Chrome_iconRecently Google has decided that they will attempt to pressure users to upgrade their browsers. Google is doing this by showing old versions of the Google home page if users are using outdated browsers. Google hopes that users will choose to upgrade their browser to avoid the old home page which lacks modern search features seen in the latest release.

Microsoft to Discontinue Updating Previous Versions of Internet Explorer

Internet Explorer 10Beginning January 12th, 2016, Microsoft will no longer be updating previous versions of Internet Explorer. Users will be forced to upgrade their Internet Explorer browser in order to receive updates and technical support. Microsoft believes that upgrading everyone to a common version of the browser will improve security and increase productivity.
