WESCO Net, a Grand Rapids, MI based provider of network technology solutions announces new improvements to DataBP, their backup and disaster recovery solution.
DataBP uses advanced technologies including snapshots, near-instant virtualization, secure offsite data replication and backup archiving, support for Microsoft SQL Server and Exchange, and baremetal system recovery to provide a seamless recovery solution that meets regulatory and industry standard best practices for disaster recovery and business continuity. In addition, the latest generation of DataBP includes: additional offsite storage flexibility, site-to-site data replication, enhanced reporting and overall greater ease of management.
The benefit of additional offsite storage flexibility is that businesses, no matter what size or number of employees, have the flexibility to implement a solution that best fits their needs. According to WESCO Net, these new enhancements will save businesses time and money by making critical data backup and recovery easier to install and manage, resulting in lower overall TCO.
