It has come to our attention that our automated ticket tracking system has been queuing outgoing messages for the past week.  The queue has now been unclogged, so you may be receiving messages for requests that have previously been completed, and responses to questions that have already been answered via phone.   This only affected our replies to you, not your messages to us.  You don’t need to resend any requests.  Sorry for any resulting confusion.  Thank you for your patience during this time.
