The 2008 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Contact Center Infrastructure, Worldwide report has just been published, and for the second year in a row Interactive Intelligence has been positioned in the leaders quadrant.
Interactive Intelligence has moved further to the right on the “completeness of vision” axis, passing Avaya and ahead of Aspect, Alcatel, Nortel, and Cisco.
WESCO Net now has two on-staff developers certified with Interactive Intelligence Inc. (I3) for building customized VoIP solutions and applications using the I3 toolsets.
