Then you can explain to RK what the benefits are, and how those principles should also be built into GOLD (or at least PLAT). Things like the 3-click rule... a corrolary to that would be a 1-click return rule: once you begin descending into a menu tree, there should always be a tracker line at the top of the page (MSR, sub1,subsub1,subsubsub23)which will enable the user to click directly on MSR and be taken back there.
