I hope you are building some of these into the SPSD apps. Then you can explain to RK what the benefits are, and how those principles should also be built into GOLD (or at least PLAT). Things like the 3-click rule... a corrolary to that would be a 1-click return rule: once you begin descending into a menu tree, there should always be a tracker line at the top of the page (MSR, sub1,subsub1,subsubsub23)which will enable the user to click directly on MSR and be taken back there.
